Let's Elevate!

The Philosophy

Many people let false beliefs about themselves hold them back from reaching self-actualization. Everyone deserves to reach the realization or fulfillment of one’s talents and potentialities, but sometimes we find ourselves as the fish Einstein describes attempting to climb a tree because we let anxiety, depression, and past trauma become barriers to our fulfillment.

The philosophy of Elevated Genius Solutions, LLC is based on the quote from Albert Einstein,
“Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”

We implement effective psychotherapy methods  combined with non- traditional therapeutic approaches tailored toward each individual’s needs to instill self-understanding and encourage new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. The journey to self- actualization is a complex one that differs for each of us, with that in mind we at Elevated Genius Solutions don’t believe in taking a cookie cutter approach to mental and emotional well-being. Whether you are seeking traditional psychotherapy, elevated life coaching, or therapeutic mentorship, it is essential to keep in mind that therapy, coaching, or mentorship are not a magic pills or quick fixes: to ‘ELEVATE’ is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and clinicians, coach or mentor alike.

In all my work with adolescents, traditional talk therapy is not always the most effective approach. I have found that taking a more relational and relatable approach have been more successful in helping young people maximize their potential. If it's a failure to launch, struggles with life transitions, or issues with executive functioning. I work to see them as a whole person and not just a diagnosis and help them to see themselves in the same way.
